On the same day that Xiaomi's Mi 3 went on sale in India, they announced their new flagship called the Mi 4. The Mi 4 features a metal frame and improves on the Mi 3 with a 2.5Ghz Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB RAM, 8MP front camera and a larger 3,080mAh battery. Plus, the Mi 4 is a 4G phone with water resistant nano coating. It continues with Mi 3's 5-inch full HD display, 16/64GB non expandable storage option & 13MP camera. It comes with a customisable rear panel and Xiaomi says that the battery will accept a 60% charge in just one hour of charging. It will be priced at US$ 320 (16GB) and US$ 400 (64GB). While the China launch is 29 July 2014, we expect Xiaomi to launch it in India within a few months. Xiaomi also announced a fitness band along with the phone that will cost just US$ 13. It has a claimed 30-day battery life, can track your fitness routine, sleep patterns and can be used to unlock your smartphone.
