Just a few days before the official India launch of the LG G3, LG has announced the G3 Beat globally.In essence, the Beat is the compact version of the G3. It has a similar design, 5-inch HD display (1280 x 720 pixels), 1.2Ghz quad core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage (expandable) and 2,540mAh battery. While the 8MP primary camera does without image stabilisation, it still gets the laser autofocus from the bigger G3. There will also be a dual SIM version of the same phone called the LG G3 S. Price has not been revealed but the phone is expected to be available internationally from August 2014 onwards.
