Samsung has announced its 28-inch Ultra HD 4K monitor with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. It comes with two HDMI, single Displayport inputs, 1ms GTG response time, brightness of 370cd/m2 and support for 1 billion colors. It also features Picture-in-Picture and Picture-by-Picture mode, which helps users multitask without suffering from resolution loss in either window. Samsung UD590 will be available by the end of this month at a price tag of US$ 700.
