LG will showcase its G2 Mini, a compact version of its flagship Android smartphone G2, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona starting on Feb 24. It sports a 4.7” screen, which is larger than the mini variants launched by HTC, Sony, Samsung etc. Also, G2 Mini’s display is not a full-HD one, unlike G2, but has a resolution of 540 x 960p. It sports an 8MP rear camera and a 1.3MP front facing camera, and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. It comes in two variants: one with 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and the other with Nvidia Tegra 4i chip along with 1GB RAM.
