Acer unveiled its new Windows 8 tablet Iconia W4, successor of the Iconia W3. It has an 8-inch (800 x 1280 pixels) multi-touch IPS display and runs on Windows 8.1. It is powered by the 4th Generation 1.8 GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3740 Bay Trail T processor with integrated Intel HD Graphics. The tablet features 5 MP auto focus rear camera with 1080p video recording and 2 MP HD front-facing camera. It comes in two variants - 32GB and 64GB. It also supports an additional 32GB of storage capacity via microSD card. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, micro HDMI and packs a 4,960mAh battery that claimed to offer up to 10 hours of battery life.
