From now on, users of Viber, a service to make free calls, text and share pictures with anyone, anywhere, can connect to even people who don't have Viber. Called Viber Out, it's very similar to Skype Out. Callers will be charged a low rate when they make the call to mobile or landline numbers. To use the feature, go to the ‘More’ tab, and choose Viber Out. There you will have to purchase Viber Out credit. The facility is available on iOS, Android and desktop.
