Carrying forward the slim, rectangular design and dust/water proof capabilities of the Xperia Z, the new Z Ultra has a massive 6.4-inch display. At just 6.5mm thick, it's the slimmest smartphone with a full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display. It’s powered by 2.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor & Adreno 330 graphics. It has an 8-megapixel rear camera with Sony Exmor RS sensor, 1080p video recording and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Sony Xperia Z has a 3,050mAh battery.
