MTS India has launched a new smartphone called Duet, a dual SIM CDMA + GSM smartphone is powered by a 1GHz single core Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 processor. It has a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels and runs on older Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Other hardware includes 256MB RAM, 512MB internal storage (expandable via microSD card) and a 3MP rear camera. It has a 1,200mAh battery which can provide over 4 hours of talk time. MTS has bundled two months of unlimited data and local calling on first recharge of Rs599.
