Alcatel has launched their new smartphone Alcatel One Touch Idol. The One Touch Idol runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and it’s powered by 1GHz dual-core processor. It has a 4.5-inch (540 x 960 Pixels) qHD IPS display and the smartphone comes with a 4.7-inch (720 x 1280 pixels) HD AMOLED display with Corning gorilla glass protection. The phone has an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and 720p HD video recording. The dual-core handset is just 7.9mm thin and weighs a mere 110gms and it’s available in a variety of colours – silver, slate, cranberry pink and red complete with a brushed-aluminum finish.
