Chinese mobile brand Gionee has entered Indian market with their new smartphone Dream D1. It has a 4.65-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) Super AMOLED Plus display at 316 ppi, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). Hardware includes a 1.2Ghz quad core processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB storage (16GB microSD included) and a 2,100 mAh battery. The 8MP rear camera can click 99 pictures on a single touch and records HD resolution videos while a 1MP front camera can be used for self-portraits or video calls.
