Looks like there is a new contender in the phablet arena, and consumers will have more choices. Taiwanese mobile device and computer manufacturer, Acer, had decided to launch its first ever phablet device. The Acer phablet is to be unveiled during the upcoming Computex Tech fair in Taiwan this June. Though, Acer has not revealed technical information about the device's hardware. LG is also launching its Optimus Vu 2, another smartphone-tablet hybrid in August.
