Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will have a new screen dimension - an unheard of 6.3 inch. Typically smartphones are of around 4” and a tablet around 7”. When Note came out with 6.3”, that spawned a new category called phablet, falling between phone and tablet. Samsung made the size bigger to 5.5 in Note 2. The news report also says Note 3 will have OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) screen. Samsung is slowly shifting from LCD to OLED screens.
