This free photography app for Windows Phone 8 lets you apply different effects before you shoot an image. You can choose from a collection of 20 effects. The best part is that the app shows you a live preview of the effect before you actually click. You can choose either the front camera or the rear camera and instantly view the special effect in a preview window. Images are saved to the camera roll directly and not in a separate album. The app also allows you to share the image using email or social networks. One issue with the app is that it does not let you delete the picture from within the app — instead, you have to go to the camera roll to delete the picture each time.
