Samsung launched Mobile Beam Projector, Weighing a mere 116 grams, this standalone pico
projector from Samsung connects to a compatible phone or tablet using a cable.
The projector outputs at 640 x 360 pixels with 20 lumens of brightness — good
for a 30-inch screen. It has a MHL port to connect supported Galaxy devices and
HDMI to connect to any other device. It also includes an HDMI-out port so that
you can connect a portable device to it and further to an external monitor. It
has a built-in loudspeaker and 1,650 mAh batteries. It's priced at about US$
225 and is already on sale in Korea. The device is expected to be available in
international markets by early next year.
