Samsung has announced its first single and dual SIM budget phablet. The Galaxy Grand is the new Android Smartphone from Samsung. The Grand will run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and sport a 1.2GHz dual-core processor. Samsung promises "zero shutter-lag and ultra-quick camera start-up" in addition to Full HD video recording. The phone will have all the TouchWiz features found on premium phones: S-voice, Direct Call and Smart Alerts. The official launch of Samsung Galaxy Grand will be on next year
