The iPad Mini brought the 8-inch size in vogue, and Swipe is among the first to launch a same-sized Android tablet called Velocity. Swipe Velocity Tab features Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean OS which was so far available only in high end tabs. Swipe Velocity is a light weight tablet (330 grams). The slate packs some impressive specifications, and comes with a face-detection security feature, ‘Face Unlock’, in which the tab identifies the user’s face to unlock the device. Also, it supports 3G through USB dongles.
