HTC announced Windows Mobile smartphone HTC Windows Phone 8X .The flagship 8X will be available in stores before Diwali. It has a unibody design (non-removable back cover), soft-touch finish and a 4.3-inch display (1280 x 720 pixels). This resolution gives the 8X's screen the highest pixel density among smartphones — a title it shares with the likes of the Xperia S & SL. It has a 1.5Ghz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage (non expandable) & NFC. The 8MP rear camera does 1080p video while the 2.1MP front camera has an ultra-wide angle lens to fit more people in the frame for self portraits or video calls. Beats Audio amplifier for better sound & SkyDrive (7GB free storage) is built in.
