The legal war between Apple and Samsung continues and the
latest move from the Samsung is adding some of the new products that were
recently announced by Apple. Samsung has added the iPad mini, the new iPad 4,
and the fifth-generation iPod touch to an existing lawsuit that covers devices
such as the iPhone 5, iPad 4, and earlier iPod touch devices. This isn't
shocking so much as it is entirely expected. Apple won a jury verdict in a
courtroom fight between the two companies earlier this year, but this second
lawsuit will likely go to trial sometime next year. Apple has accused the
Galaxy Nexus, the Galaxy S III, and an assortment of other products thus far,
while Samsung has returned with its own accusations in kind.
