Google Recently added cusrom URLs to Google+ profiles and pages. A custom URL is the short, easy to remember web address that links directly to the user's profile or page on Google+. For example, automobile company Toyota will use google.com/+toyota to introduce its latest models.
The features will be available to both people and pages. however, Google is currently introducing it only to a limited number of verified profile and pages.
