The latest budget tablet from Micromax's portfolio, the Funbook Alpha has a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with a resoltuion of 800 x 480 pixels. It includes Android 4.0, a 1GHz processor, 512MB RAM, dual mali 400 GPUs and 4GB onboard storage expandable via microSD cards. Wi-Fi connectivity is included and it also supports 3G via a USB dongle. Like most budget tablets, this one too comes with
a front VGA camera for video calls and has various preloaded apps for multimedia, social networking and education. Like the original Funbook, this one too has a 2,800 mAh li-ion battery.
