Samsung's newest Windows Phone device has a 4-inch super amoled display, 1Ghz processor and 384MB RAM. The 4GB internal storage might be a dealbreaker for some people, especially since it does not have a microSD slot for expansion. Other features include 3G, Wi-Fi with hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS, 5MP auto focus camera with LED flash, VGA front camera and 119 gram weight. Samsung claims that they have optimised the Omnia for reduced power consumption, which should give you a longer battery life
