After launching an HD DVR with unlimited recording a few months back, DishTV has now launched a standard definition DVR with unlimited recording. The new DVR is cheaper than most regular set-top boxes and does not come with built in storage. Instead, you can connect a USB flash drive or hard drive to record and store content on it — the storage is only limited by the capacity of the drive you attach to it.
