Samsung's new superzoom camera has impressive features for the asking price. It has a 16MP sensor and a 26x optical zoom lens, starting at a wide 22mm. The WB100 also incorporates dual image stabilization system (optical plus digital) and uses AA batteries which makes it ideal for travellers. It does 720p HD videos, 3D photo capture and has a live panorama mode as well. One of the reasons for the significantly lower cost is that Samsung has not opted for a Schneider-Kreuznach lens — instead the camera uses a zoom lens made by Samsung.
