Sygic uses MapmyIndia's comprehensive India maps and includes 3D landmarks, built in city guides and spoken street names. The maps are stored on the device itself, so you can get turn-by-turn, voice-guided directions even if your device is not connected to the internet. It works best on devices with more powerful hardware while the smooth scrolling and zooming actions easily set it apart from the rest. It costs US$ 49.99 for iOS (universal app for iPad and iPhone) and Rs.3,032 for Android (at the time of writing). The price includes free software and map updates.
