Small Task is a free app that makes adding notifications simple on the iPad — just enter a title along with the date & time of notification. All the tasks are shown in one window and you can choose the font style from within settings (although there are only three font styles to choose from). You can delete tasks by swiping left or right on the title. You can choose various notification sounds for alarms and whether they should be repeated or not. The app can also sync tasks with a MAC, but you need to install the SmallTask application. Finally, you also have the option to sync tasks with your DropBox account and then access them through a browser on http://web.smalltask.net.
