Sistema Shyam TeleServices, which offers its services under the brand MTS, has announced the MTS MTag 401. MTag 401 runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and has been priced at RS8,999. MTS MTag 401 sports a 4.0-inch capacitive touchscreen that offers a 800x480 resolution. It is powered by a 800 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 processor and comes with 1700 mAh battery. There is a 3MP camera and microSD card slot with support up to 32 GB. MTS is also offering a 2GB card with the purchase of the smartphone.
