Samsung's Android flagship comes with a 4.8-inch Super Amoled HD display in a 8.6mm slim body. Under the hood is a quad-core 1.4Ghz processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB storage (microSD slot for expansion) and Mali400 GPU that runs Android 4.0 with TouchWiz UI. The phone comes with an 8MP rear camera that can simultaneously shoot stills and record videos. Samsung has done nifty little additions to the phone with Smart stay (phone’s display turns on and off using eye tracking technology that identifies if user is looking at the phone), S Beam (combines NFC and Wi-Fi Direct for wireless transfer), Pop-up Play (run the video player in a floating video that while you work on other apps) and S Voice(Voice recognition software to take on Apple's Siri).
