Origin PC seems to think there's a substantial market for ultra-portable gaming laptops. Case in point is the new 11- inch EON. It weighs just 1.77kg, can be configured with next-gen Intel CPUs and a 2GB Nvidia GT 650M graphics card. With Nvidia's Optimus graphics switching technology, it can revert to power-sipping graphics when you're not gaming and give you between 6.5 to 7 hours of battery life. It's available now for US$ 999 onwards.
