You can watch over 100 live TV channels with this free app for the iPad. Just select a channel from the list and it starts streaming. The 'master upgrade' removes the ads from the app and also lets you watch two channels simultaneously. Downsides are that it only works over Wi-Fi (3G is not supported) and that the quality of some channels is quite poor. The developer (PPCLINK Mobile Software) also offers other country-specific TV apps like Russia TV Pro, Thai TV Pro and Korea TV Pro — you can use them to view live TV channels from those countries.
