The Spectre XT is HP's answer to the MacBook Air. Just 14.5mm thick and a mere 1.39kg, this 13.3-incher has an all metal design and is powered by a third generation Intel Core i5 processor. It has either a 128 or 256GB SSD, Intel HD graphics, backlit keyboard, multitouch trackpad, HDMI out, Ethernet port, 2 x USB ports and integrated HD webcam. HP has also included quad speakers with Beats audio technology, the Envy concierge service for technical support and claims up to 8 hours of battery life. It should be available internationally from June this year priced at US$ 999 onwards.
