Contacts to Excel allows BlackBerry users to save their entire contact list as an Excel file. The app has a basic interface that lets you create a new Excel file, view saved Excel files or email them. When creating a new Excel file, the app gives you the option to select the contacts that you want saved or select all. It even shows you the total number of contacts being saved and once you confirm, takes a few minutes depending on the number of contacts. There is no option to restore contacts from a saved Excel file directly to the phonebook from within the app — might be a dealbreaker for some.
