In this game, Team SSX comprises the world's top snowboarders who want to take on some of the world's most difficult mountain courses. You control the characters and perform stunts — each character has signature stunts and tricks that can be performed once your trick meter reaches maximum (the more tricks you do, the faster the meter rises). You take on competitors in either a straight race or in earning more trick points. Character control is great, though over time, repeating the same tricks becomes boring.
Overall graphics and sound are fantastic and so is the gameplay. Fans of extreme sports and sports games will not be disappointed by SSX.
