It works over 3G or Wi-Fi and can connect you via video to three of your friends, in real-time, anywhere in the world (as long as they are using Fring on an Android phone/tablet with front-facing camera, iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G or iPad 2). The quality of the video dynamically changes with the connection quality and speed — needless to say, it works best when all four people are connected with a stable broadband internet connection.
