Samsung and Google have announced the latest Nexus device, the first to come with Android's latest 4.0 operating system, also called 'Ice Cream Sandwich'. The new OS has a completely revamped interface with enhancements like Face Unlock (device unlock using face recognition) and Android Beam (NFC-based file transfer). The phone has 'monster' specs - a 4.65-inch, 1280x720 pixel super amoled display, 1.2Ghz dual-core processor, 16 or 32GB storage, a slim 8.9mm body, accelerometer, gyro sensor and barometer (for a better GPS fix). The 5MP rear camera records videos in 1080p while the front facing 1.3MP camera is used for video calling. Connectivity is taken care by 3G, Wi-Fi with hotspot, Bluetooth 3.0 and NFC. The phone will launch in select countries by November at an expected price tag of $750 to 800
