Motorola is bringing the RAZR to life again, this time with the Android powered Droid RAZR. Just 7.1mm thick and made with kevlar fibre (also used in bullet proof vests), the Droid RAZR is now the slimmest smartphone in the world. It sports a 4.3-inch super amoled display with a resolution of 540x960 pixels. Inside is a 1.2Ghz dual core processor, 1GB RAM and 16GB storage with support for an additional 32GB via microSD slot. Although the phone has Android 2.3, Motorola promises that an upgrade to Android 4.0 will be available soon. The device has an 8MP camera with full HD video recording. Even the 2MP front facing camera is capable of recording 720p video. Plus, the phone is also splash resistant, has HDMI out, 3G, Wi-Fi with hotspot and Bluetooth 4.0. There is no date on the international release and no official word on the price either, but we expect it to be priced at about `35,000 if launches in India
