It has a 3.2-inch display, 600Mhz processor, 384MB RAM and comes with the latest HTC Sense UI 3.5 running on Android 2.3. Like other similarly priced Android phones, it includes 3G, Wi-Fi with hotspot, GPS, FM and Bluetooth 3.0. The phone sports a 3.2MP AF rear camera, India-specific apps and a 1230mAh battery for power. Vodafone is offering double the normal data limit (per plan) for 3G users who buy the Explorer.
