Moving closer to a point and shoot camera rather than a smartphone, the Arrows Z features a 13MP CMOS sensor with an incredible 25,600 ISO capability. If that has not caught your attention, then the phone is 10.1mm thick, records 720p HD video, is waterproof and has a 4.3-inch display with a staggering 1280*720 pixel resolution. Inside the slim frame is a 1.2Ghz dual core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage and Android 2.3. It features Wi-Fi with hotspot feature, DLNA, Bluetooth and a built in FM transmitter. It is expected to arrive first in Japan (by November this year) with a price tag of US$600. Other features include an e-wallet function, a digital TV tuner as well as HDMI out (with 1080p video playback).
