TomTom, one of the biggest names in GPS navigation devices and services, has entered India. Three devices - Via 100, Via 120 and Via 125 have been launched, all which come with touchscreen displays and one year of free map updates. The Via 120 and 125 feature voice control and Bluetooth connectivity. The device also offers a unique landmark navigation feature - it shows you important landmarks during the travel to identify your route - helpful, as there may be a lot of roads that are not clearly named along your way. A 'Help Me' menu displays local emergency services information in case the need arises during travel. The devices will be available from next month onwards at all major stores.
