Both phones have touchscreens: where the Fire XT is a full touchscreen device (3.5inch)' the Fire offers a 2.8-inch touchscreen with a QWERTY keyboard. The Fire XT has better hardware specs; a 800Mhz processor, 512MB RAM and 5MP rear camera with a front VGA camera on board. The Fire has a 600Mhz processor, 256MB RAM and a 3.2MP rear camera. Both phones have 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth as well as FM Radio, GPS and Android Market access.
