Image Magick is a free and open source application to create, edit and compose bitmap images in many formates from the command line or via programming interfaces. Image can be cropped, resized and combined, effect can be applied, and text polygons and curves can be added. The application requires visual C++ 2010 redistributable package to rut on windows.
